Accepted Cards & Pricing Currency

Card Acceptance: Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.
Transaction Matching: The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Cardholder Records: Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and https://opalskymedia.com policies and rules.

Payment Confirmation Process & Timeframe

Payment Confirmation: Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt.

The confirmation notice will contain your official Invoice/Receipt Number, package details, payment amount in AED, transaction reference ID, and scheduled booking information.

Service Cancellation Policy & Conditions

Cancellation Clause: Customer can cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Refund Policy & Original Mode of Payment

Mandatory Refund Term: Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Eligible Refunds: Approved refund amounts will be credited back exclusively to the credit or debit card used during initial checkout. Cash or third-party bank transfers are not permitted for online card transactions.
Processing Window: While Opal Sky Media initiates the refund request immediately upon approval, issuing banks take between 10 to 45 business days to post the credit to your card statement.

Studio Rescheduling & Session Policies

Rescheduling with Notice (> 48 Hours): You may reschedule a booked podcast or video recording session once without penalty if written notice is submitted at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session.
Late Cancellation (< 48 Hours): Cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 48 hours before the reserved session forfeit the deposit to cover allocated studio crew and equipment.
No-Shows: Failure to arrive within 45 minutes of a scheduled booking without prior notice will result in booking cancellation and full charge.

Policy Updates & Regulatory Compliance

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, the Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
